The topmost quote does not suit the personality of largest democracy of the world where there is huge diversity. "Preamble" the preface to our constitution announces India as a secular country.

Anybody who violates the Constitution & particularly the preamble is considered to be guilty under the eyes of law.
you are right priya. the spirite of the constitution is not carried out in the caste ridden society. no one can find fault in the letter and spirit of the preamble. but as ambedkar himself said that man i.e. we the people were bile.
